Warranty

Items carry manufacturer’s warranty only, claimable at the manufacturers’ nearest service center.

General Guidelines for Warranty Claims:

Item must contain all the original packing along with accessories and manuals.

Item must not be misused, damaged, repaired or altered in any way.

Refund or Exchange

Items once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please consider the following before returning the product:

Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold. Items that cannot be repacked back to the original condition cannot be returned. Please ensure that you have the correct product before you open the product.

Bring the original invoice that you received with the item.
